TSG maintains a comprehensive laboratory in Lapeer, Mich. TSG maintains over 40,000 square feet in facilities, including a physical test lab, an evaporative emissions lab, and a pump lab. The air environment within the test facilities is maintained with the strictest controls, leaving the air quality cleaner than the outside atmosphere.
We have SHED test facilities with six cells, twelve micro SHEDs, eight mini SHEDs, and one full vehicle SHED for a grand total of 22 SHEDs. In total, TSG maintains over 34 activated carbon canister aging and durability test stands. Our lab technicians monitor and run the emissions lab around the clock. In total, over 1000 different types of test are conducted at the TSG lab annually.
